該儀器主要應用于X射線熒光光譜儀配套的設備，該設備操作方便，性能穩定，效率高，噪聲小，無粉塵泄露，可替代國外同類產品。

The instrument is mainly used in X-ray fluorescence supporting equipment, the equipment easy to operate, stable performance, high efficiency, low noise, no dust leaks, can replace similar foreign products.

操作說明    Operating Instructions 

      1. 裝樣    Holding Sample

          1.1 將沖擊錘放入研磨盒中，再將樣品放在研磨盒與沖擊錘之間。

          Put impact rammer into the grinding case, and then put sample between grinding case and impact rammer.

         1.2. 研磨盒中的樣品量為5～15cm 3。

          Quantity of sample in grinding case shall be 5～15cm3.

       〈警告〉當放入研磨盒中的樣品量≤5cm 3時，會損壞研磨盒。 

         In case quantity of sample put into the grinding case is ≤5cm3, it may damage the grinding case.

       2. 時間設定    Time Setting

           2.1. 按時間繼電器上下兩行按紐，設定運行時間。其中中間的一位表示時間單位：小時（H）、分鐘（M）和秒（S）

           Press two buttons at upper and lower rows on the Time Relay, set the running time, of which the middle digit indicates time units: hour (H), minutes (M), and seconds (S).

          2.2. 碳化鎢的研磨盒，一般設定在3分鐘之內，高鉻鋼的研磨盒，一般設定在10分鐘之內。

           Generally set within 3 minutes for grinding case of tungsten carbide, 10 minutes for that of high chrome.

       3. 制樣     Specimen Preparation

           3.1. 將研磨盒放在振動磨的固定盤上，旋緊固定手柄。參看圖2。蓋緊振動磨的蓋，按振動磨的綠色啟動按鈕。啟動振動磨。

           Put the grinding case on the fixed disk of Vibration Grinding Mill, screw the fixed handle. See Fig.2. Fasten down the cover of Vibration Grinding Mill, press green start button of it. Start Vibration Grinding Mill.

          3.2. 如果發生意外情況，請立即按下紅色急停按鈕。

          If something unexpected happened, please press red emergency stop button immediately.

       〈警告〉在機器完全停穩前，不要打開振動磨的蓋。 

         Do not open the cover of Vibration Grinding Mill before the machine completely stopped.=

         3.3. 機器停穩后，打開振動磨的蓋，取出研磨盒。將樣品倒入過濾篩中，應有80%樣品的粒度≤80um。After the machine completely stopped, open the cover of Vibration Grinding Mill, take out the grinding case. Pour sample into filter sieve, particle size of 80% sample should be in ≤80um.

        3.4. 如果研磨后的樣品，達不到3.3. 的要求。取出研磨盒，自然冷卻至60℃以下，再繼續工作。并找出最佳研磨時間。

        In case the sample after grinded can’t reach the requirement described in Item 3.3, take out the grinding case, cool it to less than 60℃ in room temperature, and work continuously. Find out optimum grinding time.
